Shannon Swift

Director of Operations

Mrs. Swift applies a broad knowledge base, keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail in her dual. She works alongside Towneley president, Tracy Kuntz, to prudently streamline Ms. Kuntz’s time and talents and assist with the creation and administration of the company’s various marketing endeavors.  Ms. Swift uses her unique skills to improve company processes and procedures, lead client campaigns, and client concierge while overseeing areas of operations and human resources. Her role involves working with the entire Towneley team on workflow, systems, expenditures, and compliance. Mrs. Swift earned her B.S. in marketing from the University of Phoenix. She joined Towneley in 2017.
