Karmen brings over 20 years of financial service industry and information technology experience to her role as Towneley Client Service and Technology Specialist. In her role, Karmen leverages existing systems/software and finds new solutions to improve the client experience and business processes. She assists with custom report creation and tracking client specific project status. Her work includes preparing asset allocation/financial planning analyses and meeting materials, as well as assisting with required minimum distribution processing and client portal issues. Ms. Younes joined Towneley in 2019.
